MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />FEBRUARY 28, 2007 <br />Dan Ross, Citgo Station, indicated that the freeway sign to the south of <br />Little Canada Road should be up within 60 days. The freeway sign to the <br />north of Little Canada Road will be installed some time in the future <br />dependent on the Unweave the Weave project. <br />Blesener suggested that the high rise pylon could be allowed to remain <br />until the freeway signage is up. Keis agreed. The City Planner indicated <br />that that could be placed as a condition of approval of the Conditional Use <br />Permit. <br />There was no one else present from the general public wishing to <br />comment on this matter. <br />Upon motion by Montour, seconded by McGraw, the public hearing was <br />closed. <br />Mr. Keis introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOL UTION NO.2007-2-43 -REZONING THE SINCLAIR <br />STATION PROPERTYAT 228 LITTLE CANADA ROAD FROM <br />GENERAL BUSINESS DISTRICT (B-3) TO COMPREHENSIVE <br />BUSINESS DISTRICT (B-4) <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by McGraw. <br />Ayes (4). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />Mr. Montour introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOL UTION NO.2007-2-44 - APROVING THE CONDITIONAL <br />USE PERMIT ALLOWING THE OPERATION OF A <br />CONVENIENCE STORE/MOTOR FUEL STATIONAT THE <br />SINCLAIR STATIONAT 228 LITTLE CANADA ROAD, SUBJECT <br />TO COMPLIANCE WITH THE RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE <br />CITY PLANNER REQUIRING THE LITTLE CANADA ROAD <br />PYLON TO BE BROUGHT INTO COMPLIANCE WITH THE CITY <br />CODE, AND REQUIRING THAT THE HIGH RISE PYLON BE <br />REMOVED ONCE THE FREEWAY SIGNS ARE INSTALLED OR <br />AFTER I8 MONTHS, WHICHEVER IS SOONEST <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Keis. <br />Ayes (4). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />
