MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />OCTOBER 10, 2007 <br />MINUTES <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of Little Canada, Minnesota was convened on the 10th day of <br />October, 2007 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 <br />Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Mayor Bill Blesener called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and the <br />following members of the City Council were present at roll call: <br />CITY COUNCIL: <br />Mayor <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Mr. Bill Blesener <br />Ms. Barbara Allan <br />Mr. John Keis <br />Mr. Michael McGraw <br />Mr. Rick Montour <br />ALSO PRESENT: <br />City Administrator <br />City Attorney <br />Cable TV Producer <br />City Clerk <br />Mr. Joel Hanson <br />Mr. Patrick Sweeney <br />Ms. Vanessa Van Alstine <br />Ms. Kathy Glanzer <br />Ms. Allan introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2007-10-248 -APPROVING THE MINUTES OF <br />THE SEPTEMBER 26, 2007 CLOSED COUNCIL MEETING, THE <br />SEPTEMBER 26, 2007 WORKSHOP COUNCIL MEETING AND THE <br />SEPTEMBER 26, 2007 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING AS <br />SUBMITTED <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Keis. <br />Ayes (5). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />Blesener stated that at the last Council meeting he made the comment that <br />he has lived on his cul-de-sac for 39 years. He noted that he misspoke and <br />has actually been there for 29 years. <br />McDONALD'S Blesener announced that the new Little Canada McDonald's is opening <br />Friday evening, October 12, 2007. Blesener indicated that the <br />redeveloped McDonald's is a very nice project for Little Canada. <br />
