Hanson <br />The Little Canada Recreation Association (LCRA) has made application for the above <br />Temporary Liquor License, As you are aware, a few years ago liquor rules were adopted by <br />LCRA for the control of alcohol sold at their Canadian Days Tournament. The most significant <br />change is that LCRA limited sales to a maximum of four beverages per person, and that "half <br />racks" would only be used to assist customers in transporting their purchases. Attached is a <br />letter from LCRA. President Jon Joriman acknowledging that the liquor rules will be followed <br />during the 2015 Canadian Days Tournament. <br />City staff recommends approval of the Temporary Liquor License for LCRA' s Canadian Days <br />Tournament subject to receipt of a satisfactory Certificate of Liquor Liability Insurance, <br />
