Landscaping plan. <br />b. Lighting plan. <br />c. Signage plan. <br />d. Floor plans verifying parking availability. <br />e. Final Plat drawings verifying easements for trail, and proposed right of way <br />vacations, etc. <br />The City Engineer has also reviewed updated engineering and civil drawings, and has <br />submitted a separate report regarding those plans. <br />The landscape plan has been submitted with a variety of overstory and ornamental <br />trees, shrubs, and perennial plantings along the front line of the building. The ground <br />cover is shown as "low -grow fescue", a low -maintenance naturalized grass. <br />The plan will result in about 4.4 acres of area being graded and developed. Under the <br />City's tree replacement regulations, the required tree replacement planting is 30 caliper <br />inches of tree planting per acre -- a total of 132 caliper inches of required planting. The <br />landscaping plan shows 36 trees, primarily at 2 1/2" caliper inches in size, with a total <br />caliper inch count of 90 caliper inches. The applicants will need to propose additional <br />
