Jol <br />SEF <br />['wilding a Better World <br />for All of Use' <br />June 19, 2015 <br />Mr Joel Hanson <br />City Administrator <br />City of Little Canada <br />515 Little Canada Rd E <br />Little Canada, MN 55117 <br />Dear Mr, Hanson: <br />RE: City of Little Canada <br />Veterans Wall Design and Construction <br />SEH No. 14.00 <br />It is our understanding that the City of Little Canada has completed Phase I of the Veteran's Memorial <br />and is seeking consulting services for the design and preparation of construction documents for Phase II <br />-- Grading Plan and Design. As discussed, Phase II will include addition of pathways, benches, a war dog <br />memorial, and the construction of a Freedom Wall as proposed in the sample layouts L1-1 and L1-2 <br />provided by the City in their request for proposal. We understand that the grading plan and design work <br />must be sequenced to allow the City to complete plans and specifications, bidding and construction <br />oversight by a target date of October 31, 2015. SEH's team of professional designers and landscape <br />architects can meet the quality and schedule expectations of this project. <br />SEH is pleased to be considered to assist the City in this exciting project that will be to create a place of <br />celebration and remembrances within the City of Little Canada where Veterans are remembered and <br />appreciated for the Invaluable service they have provided to our country <br />SEH proposes to perform the work proposed for a Lump Sum not to exceed amount of $8500. We are <br />available to immediately begin work on this exciting and memorable project.
