<br />Table 2 lists the fixed fee cash dedication for
<br />commercial-industrial property contained in the
<br />surveys. 'Ihe overall average fee for commercial
<br />property is $10,500 per acre. If the two highest fees
<br />($50,000 and $90,000) are removed, then the average
<br />fee drops to $4,900. For industrial property, the
<br />overall average is $6,700/acre. The average drops
<br />to almost $4,600/acre when the high fee ($50,000)
<br />is removed.
<br />Next Steps
<br />Some survey respondents indicated interest in
<br />participating in a discussion forum on park dedication
<br />"hest practices': HKGi plans to conduct this forum in
<br />this summer. Participants will be contacted via email
<br />with date and schedule for the forum.
