Retail License which are <br />scheduled to be hoard this month by the Planning Commission and/or the City Council be <br />removed from this month's schedule and placed on the March review schedule and meeting. . <br />calendar. This wIll permit the applicant, Valor Enterprises, Inc., an opportunity to incorporate <br />the sta€t?s site plan recommendations into his proposals in an elI'ort to address staff coaeerns. <br />The City will also receive a letter directly from Mr. Sedaghat confirming this request. <br />Additionally, to date we have NQT received the report outlining the alleged fire code violations. <br />The City's failure to issue this report in a timely manner restricts the property owner's ability to <br />correct these matters prior to the Commission and Council's review of the various applications. <br />This delay in producing the report of alleged fire code violations and substantiation of the City's <br />claim of an unsafe building structure further substantiates our claim that there is a concerted effort <br />by the City of Little Canada to put my client out of business. <br />While Valor Enterprises has' been acting in good faith over the past four months tq work together <br />with the City of Little Canada, it appears that the City of Little Canada has not and.is not: <br />:Please issue the report of the alleged fire code violations immediately along with your <br />substantiation of the City`s claim that there exists an unsafe building structure.
