Summarv and Conclusion <br />With the condition that no outdoor display or storage is included, planning staff <br />recommends approval of the CUP. The remaining use is essentially an office and <br />indoor storage use, otherwise permitted activities in the I-1 zoning district. It should also <br />be noted that the limitation on auto sales licenses in the City applies to outdoor sales <br />lots.
