The City Attorney <br />replied that that was correct. LaValle again noted that this is an indoor <br />retail sales license and no outdoor storage or display would be allowed. <br />Foley agreed, and indicated that the State license requires that he have his <br />business hours posted Therefore, he would have signage wtth his_ <br />_.. ____ <br />business name as well as business hours only. <br />There was no one else from the general public present wishing to <br />cotntnent on this matter. <br />Upon motion by LaValle, seconded by Blesener, the public hearing was <br />closed. <br />Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2006-4-99 -APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE <br />PERMIT ALLOWING AN INDOOR, RETAIL USED-CAR <br />DEALERSHIP AT 200 RYAN DRIVE AS REQUESTED BY DEVIN <br />FOLEY S UBJECT TO COMPLIANCE WITH THE <br />RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE CITY PLANNER AS OUTLINED IN <br />HIS APRIL 7, 2006 REPORT AND SUBJECT TO THERE BEING NO <br />OUTDOOR SALES, STORAGE, OR DISPLAY OF VEHICLES, <br />SUBJECT TO THERE BEING NO REPAIR OF VEHICLES ON THE <br />SITE, AND DECLARING THAT ANY VIOLATIONS OF THE <br />CONDITIONS OF THE CUP WILL RESULT IN REVOCATION OF <br />THE CUP AND THE INDOOR, RETAIL SALES LICENSE <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Keis. <br />Ayes (5). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />PUD PERMIT - Blesener noted that at the request of Steve Poindexter, I~CM Holdings, <br />3203 COUNTRY the Planning Commission tabled action on their PUD Permit request. <br />DRIVE - KCM Holdings is in the process of finalizing a purchase agreement for <br />KCM the property with Carl Johnson, the property owner. The Planning <br />HOLDINGS Commission will bring up this matter at their May 11`h meeting. <br />Blesener noted from the Planner's report relative to off-street parking. <br />Given there will be 12 employees at the site, Blesener asked if is necessary <br />4 <br />
