April 30, 2015 <br />Little Canada City Council and Planning Commission: <br />Our current PUD for the City of Little Canada's Farmers' Market is for both the front and rear lot of the <br />AMF Saxon Lanes located at 61 Little Canada Road for a four hour period either mornings or <br />afternoons from June 1St through October 31St <br />I am requesting an amendment to the current PUD to alternate the location from the current AMF <br />Saxon Lanes sites to the parking lot at 2920 Rice Street, occupied by Hardware Hank, and owned by <br />Market Place development Co. LLC. <br />Due to the higher visibility, it is our intention to conduct the market at the Rice Street location. When it <br />does not conflict with Hardware Hank's outdoor garden center. <br />All occupants and property owners have given permission to conduct the Farmers' Market at the <br />requested sites. <br />The proposed operating hours would remain the same. <br />Thank you for your consideration, <br />Katie McGinnity <br />Recreation Supervisor <br />City of Little Canada <br />
