As you are aware, the Contractor for the project is ASTECH Corp. The total <br />amount earned by the Contractor on this partial pay estimate is $508.819.88. <br />Subtracting 5% retainage of $25,445.98 and previous payments of $416,453.30, the <br />amount due the Contractor |G$87.U2O.G8. <br />This pay estimate includes payment for the bituminous wear paving and additional <br />seeding on Schletty Drive along with fence installation for the pedestrian crossing of the <br />railroad tracks. We have inspected the work performed by ASTECH Corp. and find it to <br />be in compliance with the p|eDG, specifications, and contract documents.
