As you are aware, the Contractor for <br />the project is FPI Paving Contractors, inc. The total amount earned by the Contractor on <br />this partial pay estimate io$1.20O.S24/42. Subtracting 5% retainage of $64,531.22 and <br />previous payments of$1,182.7O3.00,the amount due the Contractor is $33.330.20. <br />The Supplemental Agreement is for additional work performed by the Contractor due to <br />unforeseen or changed field conditions including; additional clearing and grading areas, <br />modifications to the rainwater gardens, temporary pedestrian ramp installation and <br />ren0ova|, irrigation system [epair, and existing storm structure repair. <br />The remainder of the payment is for adjustment of castings prior to final wear course <br />paving. We have inspected the work performed by FPI Paving Contractors, Inc. and find <br />it to be in compliance with the p|aOs, apSC|f|caU0nG, and contract documents.
