Hanson <br />MEMORANDUM <br />TO: Mayor Keis and Members of the City Council <br />FROM: Kathy Glanzer, City Clerk <br />DATE: July 2, 2015 <br />RE: Parks & Recreation Commission Vacancy <br />Given Kevin Steinert's resignation from the Parks & Recreation Commission, City staff <br />advertised the Commission vacancy on the City's web site and in the Roseville -Little Canada <br />Review on a couple of occasions. No applications have been received for this vacancy. <br />The next City newsletter will be published a week before Canadian Days. Staff is <br />recommending that the vacancy be advertised in this issue of the newsletter as well as continuing <br />the posting on the web site and in another issue of the Roseville -Little Canada Review. It is our <br />hope that an appointment can be made in August. <br />
