MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />SEPTEMBER 13, 2007 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the Planning <br />Commission of Little Canada, Minnesota was held on the 13th day of <br />September, 2007 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 <br />Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Chair Dan Knudsen called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and the <br />following members of the Planning Commission were present at roll call: <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Mr. Dan Knudsen <br />Mr. Tom Duray <br />Mr. Scott Barraclough <br />Mr. Jon Hall <br />Mr. Jeff Helmeke <br />Mr. Chuck Pechmann <br />Ms. Kate Socha <br />ALSO PRESENT: <br />Mr. Steve Grittman, City Planner <br />Ms. Vanessa Van Alstine, Cable TV <br />Ms. Kathy Glanzer, City Clerk <br />MINUTES The August 9, 2007 Planning Commission meeting minutes were approved <br />as submitted. <br />ST. JUDE Mr. Steve Dorgan, CresaPartners, appeared before the Commission <br />MEDICAL requesting approval of the following for the St. Jude Medical project <br />planned on County Road B-2 adjacent to their existing Lillehei campus: <br />o Rezoning from Public (P) to Planned Unit Development <br />(PUD); <br />o Development Stage PUD Permit for the expansion of St. <br />Jude Medical's existing office, research, and manufacturing <br />campus; <br />o Preliminary Plat; <br />o Environmental Assessment Worksheet; <br />o Development Program and Tax Increment Financing Plan. <br />Dorgan noted that in July, the Commission approved an amendment to the <br />Comprehensive Plan relative to the proposed St. Jude project. <br />Dorgan reported that St. Jude has had neighborhood meetings to review <br />their project and to identify and address any concerns that the neighborhood <br />
