The District understands that St. Jude is, in connection with its pre-acquisition activities, requesting that the City amend its comprehensive plan with respect to the Property and its zoning of the Property to accommodate St. Jude's proposed improvements to the Property. This letter will confirm that Independent School District No. 623 hereby authorizes St. Jude to proceed with its request to amend the comprehensive plan and zoning for the Property, provided, however, that no such changes shall be finalized by the City until such time as St. Jude has in fact acquired fee. title to the Property.
