In addition to the existing <br />otta~=a campus, St. Jude is in the process of acquiring an adjacent 10 acre parcel to accommodate the <br />Pain "~t° proposed expansion. The development will provide a logical expansion to the campus and is <br />Paramus consistent with the City of Little Canada's Comprehensive Plan for these sites. The proposed <br />P°iiadei°hiz development will also provide additional jobs for the area, an increased tax base for the City of Little <br />Ph°a°I" Canada and support for local businesses in the area. <br />Pi[CSUUrgh <br />Port lantl <br />Princeton The proposed master plan expansion will include 475,000 square feet of new office, lab and <br />sa<ramentn manufacturing space in several buildings on two separate parcels. St. Jude proposes to develop the <br />san rran<is<o buildings in separate phases. Phase One would be built immediately and include a 4 story building <br />san ,use with approximately 180,000 square feet of space and approximately 450 parking spaces. Additional <br />Seattle phases and supporting parking will be developed as further space is needed. <br />SL Luis <br />rnrnnto Current Conditions <br />Tn<s°n The existing campus consists of 37 acres with 112,500 square feet of office, lab and manufacturing <br />~rys°ns corner space in two buildings. The expanded 10 acre site is currently used as ball fields and tennis courts. <br />r1f1C00vef Further details of the sites are outlined in the PUD attachment. <br />Wash ln9[on nC <br />Rezoning <br />St. Jude Medical is requesting a rezoning for the 10 acre expansion site from Public (P) to Planned <br />Unit Development (PUD) for the purposes of expanding the existing facility. The proposed <br />development will provide expansion to St. Jude Medical's existing corporate campus.
