Resolution declared adopted. <br />It was noted that there is restricted parking on the west side of McMenemy <br />Street in front of the school. These restrictions will remain, and it was <br />noted that they were imposed at the request of St. John's School. <br />Morelan asked if the City would review construction plans for St. John's <br />to ensure adequate parking. The City Administrator reported that when <br />plans are reviewed, compliance with parking requirements will be a part of <br />that review. <br />PARKING ON I{aren Johnson, 2345 Arcade Street, appeared before the Council to <br />COUNTY request the removal of no parking signs along County Road B-2. <br />ROAD B-2 Johnson indicated that it was not until she received the Citv's recent <br />newsletter did she realize that the no parking signs had been installed, and <br />was concerned that property owners were not notified and given the <br />opportunity to commen*. on ~a~he*.her or not the signs should go up. <br />Johnson pointed out that County Road B-. is a residential street. ~~Iany <br />properties along the street have small driveways, therefore, on occasion <br />need to utilize on-street oarkine. Johnson fe!t it was not reasonable to <br />expect property owners to request parking permits pointing out that there <br />are times when i'riends drop over unexnecredly and on-street parkine is <br />needed.
