b. Water must be maintained in a suitable manner to avoid health hazards. Such <br />water shall be subject to periodic inspection by the city. Subject to the Rules and <br />Regulation of the MN Dept. of Health. <br />5. Vadnais Heights <br />a. Safety fence set back 4ft from edge of pool non -climbable at least 4ft in height. <br />Must be completely installed within 3 weeks following installation, prior to being <br />filled and before occupancy inspection. <br />b. Water in pool must be maintained in a suitable manner to avoid health hazards of <br />any type. <br />c. SAFETY FENCE. A barrier a minimum of 48 inches in height. The <br />maximum clearance between grade and the bottom of the barrier shall be 2 <br />inches. Where the release mechanism of the self - <br />latching device is located less than 54 inches from the bottom of the gate, the <br />release mechanism shall be located on the pool side of the barrier at least 3 <br />inches below the top of the gate, and the barrier shall have no openings greater <br />than'/2 inch within 18 inches of the release mechanism. <br />b.
