MINUTES OF THE WORKSHOP MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />MARCH 8, 1995 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a workshop <br />meeting of the Council of the City of Little Canada, <br />Minnesota was held on the 8th day of March, 1995 in the <br />Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 <br />Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Mayor Michael Fahey chaired and called the meeting to <br />order at 6:40 P.M. and the following members of the <br />Council were present at roll call: <br />MEMBERS PRESENT: Mayor Mr. Michael I. Asst. <br />Mr. Joel Hanson <br />Mr. Jim Morelan <br />Mr. Iioward Remerowski <br />Mr. Larry Hartmann <br />Mr. Jim Greger <br />Ms. Colleen Doolittle <br />Mr. Bill Sanders <br />Mrs. Kathy Glanzer <br />this evening's workshop is to conduct a <br />of the City Council and Park & Recreation <br />TRAIL Bill Sanders, Park Consultant, reported that the City <br />SYSTEM has worked hard to develop a trail system which <br />connects and loops, allowing residents to get from park <br />to park within the City. The Commission has been <br />discussing when it might be possible to complete the <br />trail system under the powerline right-of-way. If it <br />is not possible to complete that system, there may be <br />other ways to implement the connections. <br />Fahey pointed out that 4 or 5 years ago the possibility <br />of constructing a pedestrian bridge over the freeway <br />was looked at. Fahey asked if such a connection were <br />feasible, and if there is grant money available for <br />such a project. <br />1 <br />
