MINUTES OF THE REGiR~R MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />NOVEMBER 8, 1995 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular <br />meeting of the Council of the City of Little Canada, <br />Minnesota was held on the 8th day of November, 1995 in <br />the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 <br />Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Mayor Michael Fahey chaired and called the meetinq to <br />order at 7:40 P.M. and the following members of the <br />Council were present at roll call: <br />MEMBERS PRESENT: Mayor Mr. Michael Fahey <br />Council Member Mr. Jim LaValle <br />Council Member Mr. Steve Morelan <br />Council Member Mr. Bob Pedersen <br />Council Member Mrs. Beverly Scalze <br />ALSO PRESENT: City Admin. <br />City Attorney <br />Cable TV Prod. <br />Admin. Asst. <br />MINOTES Mr. LaValle introduced the follo <br />moved its adoption: <br />Mr. Joel Hanson <br />Mr. Tom Sweeney <br />Ms. Jane Boog <br />Mrs. Kathy Glanzer <br />wing resolution and <br />RESOLUTION NO. 95-11-257 - APPROVING THE MINUTES OF THE <br />OCTOBER 24, 1995 SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING, THE MINUTES <br />OF THE OCTOBER 25, 1995 SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING, AND <br />THE MINUTES OF THE OCTOBER 25, 1995 REGULAR COUNCIL <br />MEETING AS SUBMITTED <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Scalze. <br />Ayes (5) LaValle, Scalze, Fahey, Morelan, Pedersen. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />TIF AEARING Fahey opened the public hearing to consider the <br />proposed modification of certain TIF Development <br />Districts and TIF Financing Districts within the City <br />of Little Canada as well as the establishment of TIF <br />Financing District No. 3-2. <br />Rusty Fifield, Ehlers and Associates, reported that the <br />action he would be requesting the Council take this <br />evening is to approve the establishment of Tax <br />Increment Financing District No. 3-2, as well as the <br />decertification of District No. 3-1. Actions relating <br />to other modifioations will occur at the next public <br />hearing. Fifield reported that he will be proposing <br />1 <br />
