MINUTES OF THE REGiR~R MEETING CITY COUNCIL LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA NOVEMBER 8, 1995 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the Council of the City of Little Canada, Minnesota was held on the 8th day of November, 1995 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 Little Canada Road in said City. Mayor Michael Fahey chaired and called the meetinq to order at 7:40 P.M. and the following members of the Council were present at roll call: MEMBERS PRESENT: Mayor Mr. Michael Fahey Council Member Mr. Jim LaValle Council Member Mr. Steve Morelan Council Member Mr. Bob Pedersen Council Member Mrs. Beverly Scalze ALSO PRESENT: City Admin. City Attorney Cable TV Prod. Admin. Asst. MINOTES Mr. LaValle introduced the follo moved its adoption: Mr. Joel Hanson Mr. Tom Sweeney Ms. Jane Boog Mrs. Kathy Glanzer wing resolution and RESOLUTION NO. 95-11-257 - APPROVING THE MINUTES OF THE OCTOBER 24, 1995 SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING, THE MINUTES OF THE OCTOBER 25, 1995 SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING, AND THE MINUTES OF THE OCTOBER 25, 1995 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING AS SUBMITTED The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Scalze. Ayes (5) LaValle, Scalze, Fahey, Morelan, Pedersen. Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. TIF AEARING Fahey opened the public hearing to consider the proposed modification of certain TIF Development Districts and TIF Financing Districts within the City of Little Canada as well as the establishment of TIF Financing District No. 3-2. Rusty Fifield, Ehlers and Associates, reported that the action he would be requesting the Council take this evening is to approve the establishment of Tax Increment Financing District No. 3-2, as well as the decertification of District No. 3-1.
