MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />May 17, 2025 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the City Council of Little Canada, <br />Minnesota was convened on the 17th day of May 2025 in the Council Chambers of the City Center <br />located at 515 Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Mayor Tom Fischer called the meeting to order at 8:30 a.m., and the following members of the City <br />Council were present at roll call: <br />CITY COUNCIL: Mayor Fischer, Council Members Malone, Kwapick, Gutierrez and Miller. <br />Absent: none. <br />ALSO PRESENT: Dr. Richard Fursman and Irina Fursman, Huelife, Acting City Administrator <br />Laura Linehan, Public Works Director Bill Dircks, Finance Director Sam Magureanu, Parks & Rec <br />Director Steve Anderson, Community Development Director Ben Harrington and City Clerk/HR <br />Manager Heidi Heller. <br />CITY ADMINISTRATOR INTERVIEWS <br />Dr. Richard Fursman and Irina Fursman reviewed the interview process for the day with the City <br />Council and city staff. The City Council group and city staff group interviewed the four city <br />administrator candidate finalists. <br />City staff presented their comments from the interviews to the Council. The City Council discussed <br />the interviews and candidates and came to a consensus to make an offer to Bryce Shearen for the City <br />Administrator position. <br />ADJOURN <br />There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 3:21 p.m. <br />Thomas Fischer, Mayor <br />ity Administrator <br />Attest: <br />4Hidii Heller, City Clerk <br />
