MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING CITY COUNCIL LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA MARCH 8, 2006 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the City Council of Little Canada, Minnesota was convened on the 8th day of March, 2006 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 Little Canada Road in said City. Mayor Bill Blesener called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and the following members of the City Council were present aC roll call: CITY COUNCIL: Mayor Council Member Council Member Council Member Council Member Mr. Bill Blesener Mr. Jim LaValle Mr. Rick Montour Ms. Barb Allan Mr. John Keis ALSO PRESENT: City Administrator City Attorney Finance Director Cable TV Producer City Clerk Mr. Joel R. Hanson Mr. Tom Sweeney Ms. Shelly Rueckert Mr. Brandon Rickert Ms. Kathy Glanzer MINUTES Mayor Blesener noted a correction on page 4 of the February 22, 2006 regular meeting minutes changing the word "not" in the second paragraph Co "now". Ms. Allan introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 2006-3-55 -APPROVING THE MINUTES OF THE FEBRUARY 22, 2006 WORKSHOP COUNCIL MEETING AND THE FEBRUARY 22, 2006 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING AS CORRECTED The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValle. Ayes (5). Nays (0). Resolution adopted. PUBLIC Mayor Blesener opened the Public Hearing to consider increases in the HEARING - City's On-Sale Liquor License fee and On-Sale Wine License fee. ON-SALE Blesener noted that staff is recommending an increase in the On-Sale LIQUOR & Liquor License fee from $3,500 per year to $5,000 or $4,000 with ON-SALE evidence of server training. The On-Sale Wine License fee is proposed WINE - to be increased from $500 to $1,000 per year. Blesener reviewed the
