MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />OCTOBER 22, 2014 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of Little Canada, Minnesota was convened on the 22nd day of <br />October, 2014 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 <br />Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Mayor Bill Blesener called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and the <br />following members of the City Council were present at roll call: <br />CITY COUNCIL: Mayor Mr. Bill Blesener <br />Council Member Ms. Shelly Boss <br />Council Member Mr. John Keis <br />Council Member Mr. Michael McGraw <br />Council Member Mr. Rick Montour <br />ALSO PRESENT: City Administrator Mr. Joel R. Hanson <br />Cable TV Producer Mr. Kevin Helander <br />City Clerk Ms. Kathy Glanzer <br />MINUTES McGraw introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />ELECTION <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2014-10-197—APPROVING THE MINUTES OF <br />THE OCTOBER 8, 2014 WORKSHOP COUNCIL MEETING, THE <br />OCTOBER 8, 2014 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING, AND THE <br />OCTOBER 8, 2014 CLOSED COUNCIL MEETING <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Montour. <br />Ayes (5). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />Mayor Blesener reminded the viewing public that Tuesday, November 4th <br />is election day. There are seven candidates running for two Council seats. <br />Blesener encouraged voters to find out as much as they can about the <br />candidates. <br />
