The proposed development is a PUD master planned <br />residential community located in the northwest quadrant of I-35E and CSAH 14/Main <br />Street. It contains 12 parcels totaling approximately 372 gross acres and consists of a <br />residential density mix of 706 single family lots and 165 townhome units totaling 871 <br />housing units. The proposed development is called as Watermark. <br />
