<br />RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING 2016
<br />COMPENSATION PLAN FOR NON-UNION EMPLOYEES
<br />WHEREAS, Section 207.04 of the Code of Ordinances requires the City Administrator to
<br />establish and maintain a compensation plan for all positions in the City, which is to be reviewed
<br />and approved by the City Council; and
<br />WHEREAS, this plan is in compliance with Minnesota Statute 471, which is referred to as the
<br />Pay Equity Law; and
<br />WHEREAS, the compensation plan for non-union employees includes a two and a half percent
<br />(2.5%) wage increase, effective January 1, 2016.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes that
<br />the following salary schedule by adopted.
