COUNCIL MINUTES <br />April 11, 2016 <br />226 discussion of water revenues vs. expenses (of the city water system) be added to the next work <br />227 session agenda; he wants to have the discussion now. Directors DeGardner and Cotton are directed to <br />228 report on the matter. <br />229 <br />230 Council Member Kusterman asked if quality of water is any consideration of the report. Director <br />231 Grochala said quality is an ongoing discussion — testing occurs very regularly. The Minnesota <br />232 Department of Health requires regular testing. <br />233 <br />234 Council Member Manthey asked if there are any standard changes that could trigger an increase in <br />235 fees. Mr. Grochala suggested that the standards that impact the city are generally related to <br />236 conservation; it's an on -going discussion and cities are tied into that. <br />237 <br />238 Council Member Kusterman moved to approve Resolution No. 16-27 as presented. Council Member <br />239 Maher seconded the motion.
