Directors DeGardner and Cotton are directed to 227 <br />report on the matter. 228 <br /> 229 <br />Council Member Kusterman asked if quality of water is any consideration of the report. Director 230 <br />Grochala said quality is an ongoing discussion – testing occurs very regularly. The Minnesota 231 <br />Department of Health requires regular testing. 232 <br /> 233 <br />Council Member Manthey asked if there are any standard changes that could trigger an increase in 234 <br />fees. Mr. Grochala suggested that the standards that impact the city are generally related to 235 <br />conservation; it’s an on-going discussion and cities are tied into that. 236 <br /> 237 <br />Council Member Kusterman moved to approve Resolution No. 16-27 as presented. Council Member 238 <br />Maher seconded the motion.
