COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT REPORT A) Rice Creek Animal Hospital, Katie Larsen i) Consider Resolution No. 16-30 Approving Conditional Use Permit and Site Plan Review for a Veterinary Hospital Action Taken: Motion by Maher, seconded by Manthey, to approve Resolution No. 16-30 as presented, was adopted B) Anoka County Highway 12 (109th Ave. NE / Apollo Drive) and County Road 53 (Sunset Ave.) Intersection Improvements, Brian Bourassa i) Consider Resolution No. 16-32 Prohibit Parking on Highway 12 (109th Ave. NE / Apollo Drive) and County Road 53 (Sunset Ave.) Action Taken: Motion by Kusterman, seconded by Maher, to approve Resolution No. 16-32 as presented, was adopted ii) Consider Resolution No. 16-33 Authorizing the City Engineer to sign the project construction plans Action Taken: Motion by Rafferty, seconded by Maher, to approve Resolution No. 16-33 as presented, was adopted iii) Consider Resolution No. 16-34 Convey Permanent Easement for drainage purposes Parcel 5PE Action Taken: Motion by Kusterman, seconded by Rafferty, to approve Resolutions No. 16-34 as presented, was adopted C) Consider Resolution No. 16-35, Approving Land Acquisition Escrow Agreement, Saddle Club, Michael Grochala Action Taken: Motion by Rafferty, seconded by Manthey, to approve Resolution No. 16-35 as presented, was adopted 7.
