CITY COUNCIL <br />AGENDA ITEM 1D <br /> <br /> <br />STAFF ORIGINATOR: Lisa Hogstad-Osterhues, Deputy Clerk <br /> <br />MEETING DATE: May 9, 2016 <br /> <br />TOPIC: Resolution No. 16-31, Approving a Peddler License for <br /> Custom Remodelers Inc. <br /> <br />VOTE REQUIRED: 3/5 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />BACKGROUND <br /> <br />Custom Remodelers Inc., 474 Apollo Drive, Lino Lakes has submitted a peddler’s license <br />application to the city clerk's office. The company representatives who will be working <br />in Lino Lakes are Devin Sellin, Eric Chambers, Brody Boudin, Alexander Minnick, <br />Avery Peterson, Dakotah Schulte, Maxwell Johnson, Ryan Chambers, Kayla Dietsch and <br />Andrew Dibucci. The group plans to travel through the Lino Lakes’ neighborhoods <br />setting up appointments for free estimates for window, siding, roofing and door <br />installation. <br />The City has received all the necessary forms required to issue this company a license. <br />The Lino Lakes Police Department has performed a background checks and indicated no <br />reason to deny the application. <br />The application and all other required information is on file in the city clerk's office for <br />review. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br /> <br />Approve Resolution No. 16-31, Approving the issuance of a peddler license for Custom <br />Remodelers Inc. for a six month period commencing May 10, 2016. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
