We have 6 teams playing in the league this year and the season runs from April 25th — July 25th • Spring Soccer Mini Camp just wrapped up for the Spring session and we had 18 kids 3-5 years learning soccer skills at Golden Lake Elementary • Basket "Have a Ball" class just wrapped up its Spring Session and we had 23 kids ages 4- 6 honing their basketball skills at Golden Lake Elementary • T-Ball season is underway and we had 3 classes start in May. We had 35 kids participating in 3-6 year old t-ball @ Birch Park and Centennial Middle School • Youth Instructional programs such as Preschool Dance, Hip-Hop, Tumbling and Tae Kwon Do have been going smoothly. Spring sessions are winding down and summer sessions will start the week of June 13tn o We did have to cancel our spring dance classes — but our summer session numbers are looking great! • Kite Day is Saturday June 4th at Rice Lake Elementary School from 10:30 — 11:30 am o We have some new kite designs and are looking forward to some fun. o The weather is looking like it will be a nice day! • Summer Programs are getting ready to start o Day camps programs start the week of June 13th o Sports start the week of June 6th • We have several specialist camps coming up this summer o Drawing camp, Art Sampler camp, Painting camp, sports, etc. • We have some great youth field trips planned for this summer. o We have teamed up with City of Blaine to help keep some of the costs down 1
