They presented two concept park plans for review for the <br /> r11 <br /> new Northpointe' d`evelopment. Northpointe was recently approved by the City <br /> Council and consists of 200+ units . There is now the need to define a Master Plan for <br /> the park in this development with construction possible to begin as soon as spring of <br /> 2016 . The Park is proposed to be a 5 acre park South of Cedar Street, northeast of <br /> Birch Street and west of Interstate 35E .
