FEASIBILITY AND RECOMMENDATION <br /> <br />The Northeast Lino Lakes Drainage System Improvement Project includes a new stormwater <br />outlet at Peltier Lake, drainage improvements, water quality and volume control BMPs, and <br />appurtenant work. The total cost of the project is estimated at $4,739,784. <br /> <br />Based on our analysis and data presented, the proposed project is feasible, necessary, and cost <br />effective from an engineering standpoint. We recommend construction of the proposed <br />improvements as detailed in this report and as determined financially feasible by the City <br />Council. <br />
