Additional drainage and utility easements needed over Lots 1 and 5-9, Block 3 to include <br />the proposed 922 contour (EOF). <br />2. The sanitary lift station is located within an outlot. The City should consider requiring <br />this be within a drainage and utility easement. <br />TRANSPORTATION <br />3.
