Plans can also be submitted to MnDOT's external FTP site. Send files to: <br />ftp://ftp2.dot.state.mn.us/pub/incomin //MetroWatersEdge/Plannin . Internet Explorer may <br />not work using ftp, using an FTP Client or your Windows Explorer (My Computer).
