Evironmental Board <br />April 27, 2016 <br />Page 4 <br />Recycling - Watermark should consider placing trash and mixed recycling <br />receptacles with clear signage. <br />Mr. Asleson stated that a lot of the items shown in this report will be coming back to <br />us again. <br />Ms. Bor wondered what about snow plowing and removal. She would like to have <br />this issue considered. <br />Ms. Bor stated that the drainage plan still has some unans questions. What <br />table should we be looking at for phosphorus results? '-44, K , 4001 <br />Ms. Andrzejewski made a MOTION to accept the Watermark Preliminary Plat with <br />the recommendations. Motion was supported by Mr. Sullivan. Motion carried with <br />Ms. Bor abstaining. <br />VI. DISCUSSION ITEMS <br />A. Site Visit to Watermark Discussion <br />Because of the weather there was no site visit. <br />Ms. Bor would like to have future visits later in the evening. <br />B. Earth Day Discussion <br />Mr. Heiskary thought it was well attended and pretty good traffic. Seed balls were a <br />hit as always. Anything that keeps people engaged. <br />Mr. Sullivan was wondering if the parking could be looked at and maybe a shuttle <br />could be looked into for next year. <br />Ms. Kaufenberg would like to see more advertizing could be done. <br />Ms. Andrzejewski would like to see if a tally could be taken to see what people are <br />interested. This would help in cutting back in unnecessary papers on the table. <br />C. Annual Recycling Day, May 7th <br />Just a reminder the times are from 9:00am — 3:00pm. Trees from the Tress Sale that <br />residents had pre -paid for will be handed out from 9:00am — noon on the same day. <br />D. Organics Recycling <br />APPROVED MINUTES <br />
