Client: City of Lino Lakes Project: Centennial Fire Station #2 <br />7741 Lake Drive, Lino Lakes, MN 55014 <br />mate: 8-24-15 No: 15-12120-01 Page 2 <br />I INTRODUCTION: <br />On August13, 2015, we were present at the above referenced facility to perform a review of the <br />existing roof assemblies: <br />In general, our scope of work was as follows: <br />A. Review each of the various roof sections to identify any deficiencies; <br />B. Obtain photographs to substantiate our findings; <br />C. Based on the information obtained, develop a report with conclusions as to the condition <br />of the roof assembly with recommendations for repair and/or replacement. <br />Our work was requested and authorized by Mr. Tim Hillesheim of the City of Lino Lakes, MN <br />II BACKGROUND INFORMATION: <br />The existing facility consists of masonry walls supporting a steel bar joists and a steel roof deck. <br />Drainage is accomplished via interior roof drains and overflow scuppers. The roof membrane <br />appears to be a 45 mil ballasted EPDM which we were informed was installed in 1991. <br />All information is submitted as the confidential property of our clients. Any copies or extractions are reserved pending our written approval. <br />
