The proposed development is not considered premature and meets the <br />performance standards of the subdivision and zoning ordinance The final plat is consistent with <br />the PUD Development Stage Plan/Preliminary Plat and Final Plan. <br />The phasing plan has been revised from 2 phases to 3 phases of development. This extension was to be <br />completed with phase two of the development. The revised phasing plan now has this <br />connection being made with phase three. The city will obtain fmancial securities from the <br />developer to ensure future construction of these improvements. These securities are detailed in <br />the Development Agreement for Saddle Club Second Addition. <br />2 <br />
