CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 16-13 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT <br />FOR SADDLE CLUB SECOND ADDITION <br />WHEREAS, the City Council approved the final plat for Saddle Club Second Addition with <br />Resolution No. 16-12 on April 11, 2016; and <br />WHEREAS, the City's subdivision ordinance and conditions of approval require the execution <br />of a development agreement between the Developer and the City of Lino Lakes. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by The City Council of The City of Lino Lakes <br />hereby approves the Development Agreement between DuPont Holdings, LLC and the City of <br />Lino Lakes for Saddle Club and authorizes the Mayor and City Clerk to execute such agreement <br />on behalf of the City. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 11th day of April, 2016. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />Kusterman and was duly seconded by Council Member Maher and upon <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Kusterman, Maher, Manthey, Rafferty, Reinert <br />The following voted against same: <br />none <br />ATTEST: <br />
