CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 16-22 <br />APPROVING ISSUANCE OF NEW ON -SALE LIQUOR AND SUNDAY <br />LICENSE FOR KATRINA'S MEXICAN GRILL AND CANTINEA DB/A/ <br />FIESTA CANCUN, 566 LILAC STREET <br />WHEREAS, the city has received an application for an On -Sale Liquor and Sunday <br />License from Monica Silva, d/b/a Fiesta Cancun Mexican Grill & Bar located at 566 <br />Lilac Street; and <br />WHEREAS, city staff has reviewed said application and determined that the request <br />meets the requirements of the City Code and Minnesota State Statutes for the type of <br />licenses requested; and <br />WHEREAS, the Police Department of the City of Lino Lakes has conducted an <br />investigation of the applicant, and; <br />WHEREAS, the applicant has provided proof of insurance as required and paid the <br />necessary fees; <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Lino <br />Lakes hereby approves a new on -sale liquor and Sunday license for Fiesta Cancun <br />Mexican Grill & Bar subject to all the fees, provisions and conditions of the laws of the <br />city, state and federal government and the applicant will comply with all said laws. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 1 lth day of April, 2016. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council <br />Member Kusterman <br />and was duly seconded by Council Member Maher and upon vote <br />being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Kusterman, Maher, Manthey, Rafferty, Reinert <br />The following voted against same: <br />none <br />ATTEST: <br />Bartell, City Cl rk <br />Jeff Reinert yor <br />
