CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 16-25 <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING FEASIBILITY REPORT FOR THE MATTAMY HOMES <br />WATER REUSE <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution 15-53, Authorizing the Feasibility Study for Mattamy <br />Homes Water Reuse adopted by the council on June 8, 2015, a report has been prepared by WSB <br />and Associates, and <br />WHEREAS, this report was received by the council on April 4, 2016, and <br />WHEREAS, the report provides information regarding whether the proposed project is <br />necessary, cost effective, and feasible. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by The City Council of The City of Lino Lakes: <br />1. The council hereby accepts the feasibility report, prepared by WSB and Associates dated <br />June 8, 2015. <br />2. The council will consider such improvements in accordance with the report and the <br />assessment of abutting property for a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to <br />Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429. <br />3. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement at a date to be determined and <br />the clerk shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvement as required <br />by law. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 11th day of April, 2016. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />Kusterman and was duly seconded by Council Member Manthey and upon <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Kusterman, Manthey, Maher, Rafferty, Reinert <br />The following voted against same: <br />none <br />ATTEST: <br />Julianne Bartell, Cit Clerk <br />
