CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 16-31 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PEDDLERS LICENSE <br />WHEREAS, Custom Remodelers Inc. has submitted a peddlers license application to the city <br />clerk's office; and <br />WHEREAS, Custom Remodelers Inc. has complied with all of the provisions of Chapter 613 <br />of the Lino Lakes City Code for obtaining the necessary license for a for-profit business; and <br />WHEREAS, the Lino Lakes Police Department has conducted a background check on the <br />company representatives that will be working in Lino Lakes; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, <br />Minnesota: <br />Devin Sellin, Eric Chambers, Brody Boudin, Alexander Minnick, Avery Peterson, Dakotah <br />Schulte, Maxwell Johnson, Ryan Chambers, Kayla Dietsch and Andrew Dibucci are employees <br />of Custom Remodelers Inc., and are hereby authorized to vend for a period of six -months <br />beginning May 10, 2016 and ending November 10, 2016. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 9th day of May, 2016. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />Maher and was duly seconded by Council Member Rafferty and upon vote <br />being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Maher, Rafferty, Kusterman, Manthey, Reinert <br />The following voted against same: <br />none <br />Jeff Reine , Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />
