ATTACHMENT A <br />(Resolution No. 16-47) <br />Conditions and Checklist for issuance of Special Event Permit to Fiesta Cancun, for a Special <br />Event event on July 11th, 2016 <br />(1) For the service of alcohol, plans are submitted for employees at entrance of canopy <br />tent to check id and issue wrist bands. Alcohol is not to be brought back and forth <br />from the tent and the restaurant. <br />(2) <br />(3) <br />(4) <br />(5) <br />Plans are submitted for fencing the location and the gates contained in such fence; <br />Toilet's and lavatory facilities are located inside the building; <br />Plans are submitted for holding, collection, and disposing of solid waste material; <br />All reasonably necessary precautions shall be taken by the applicant to insure that <br />the sound of the assembly will not carry unreasonably beyond the enclosed <br />boundaries of the location of the assembly; <br />(6) Plans are submitted to meet the requirements of the State Fire Code, including but <br />not limited to the following: <br />(7) <br />i. Exiting from the building shall not be impeded. <br />ii. Entrance to canopy area shall be separated from building egress path. <br />iii. Minimum of one 2A-10BC fire extinguisher needs to be on location in the <br />tent area; <br />iv. "No Smoking" under the canopy and signs need to be displayed <br />throughout the area. <br />v. No cooking or open flame under canopy. <br />vi. Canopy must be flame treated. <br />vii. Canopy will need two means of egress <br />Telephone service shall be in place sufficient to connect to emergency services; <br />(8) The applicant shall provide proof of appropriate liability insurance. <br />
