The phases and cost per phase are as follows: <br />vr" " Development Phase <br />Cost <br />Phase 1— Peltier Lake Outlet Improvements <br />$2,248,023 <br />Phase 2 — I -35E Crossing <br />$750,914 <br />Phase 3 — East Side Improvements <br />$639,925 <br />Phase 4 — West Side Improvements <br />$557,491 <br />TOTAL COST <br />$4,196,353 <br />Funding for the project will be through surface water management fees, and potential grants <br />from Rice Creek Watershed District (RCWD), Minnesota Board Water and Soil Resources <br />(BWSR), and the Public Facilities Authority (PFA). <br />The Environmental Board recommended approval of the feasibility study with the addition that <br />water quality be improved beyond what is required by permitting and as possible. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Staff is recommending approval of Resolution No. 16-62 Accepting Feasibility Study, NE Area <br />Drainage Study. <br />ATTACHMENTS <br />1.
