CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 16-66 <br />APPROVING A PEDDLER LICENSE FOR INSIGHT PEST SOLUTIONS <br />WHEREAS, Devin Shurtliff, Representative for Insight Pest Solutions, has submitted a <br />peddlers license application to the city clerk's office; and <br />WHEREAS, Insight Pest Solutions has complied with all of the provisions of Chapter 613 of <br />the Lino Lakes City Code for obtaining the necessary license; and <br />WHEREAS, the Lino Lakes Public Safety Departiuent has conducted a background check on <br />the company representatives that will be working in Lino Lakes; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Lino Lakes City Council hereby approves <br />the request of Devin Shurtliff , Griffin Kasper, Eric Adams and Ryan Evans, Insight Pest <br />Solutions, to travel throughout Lino Lakes offering pest control services for a period of six - <br />months. The Public Safety Department has completed the necessary background checks and <br />indicated no reason to deny the application. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 27th day of June, 2016. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />Rafferty and was duly seconded by Council Member Manthey and upon vote being <br />taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Rafferty, Manthey, Kusterman, Reinert;.. <br />The followjngvoted against same: <br />none Alps ent— Maher ) <br />ATTEST: <br />nne Bartell, C ty Cle <br />Jeff Reinayor <br />
