The plan indicates that onsite water quality <br />treatment and rate control is provided, however with the change in land use please let us know <br />whether there will there be a change in the HWL listed on the plan. <br />A MnDOT drainage permit may be required. Current drainage rates to MnDOT right of way <br />must not be increased. Please provide a grading plan showing existing and proposed <br />contours. Also provide drainage area maps for the proposed project showing existing and <br />proposed drainage areas with flow directions indicated by arrows. If the project drains to <br />MnDOT right of way, the maps should be accompanied by drainage computations for pre and <br />post construction conditions during 2, 10, and 100 year events. Submittals sent electronically <br />can usually be reviewed faster. Submit one of the following: <br />1. One (1) pdf version of the plans. MnDOT can accept the plans via e-mail at <br />metrodevreviews.dot@state.mn.us provided that each e-mail is less than 20 megabytes. <br />
