Promotion of a desirable and creative environment that might be prevented through the <br />strict application of City zoning and subdivision regulations. <br />The purpose of the Town Center PUD was to create a mixed use development that could not <br />otherwise have been constructed under the standard zoning and subdivision regulations. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the City Council of The City of Lino Lakes hereby <br />establishes that Woods Edge shall be developed in accordance with the standards in the Lino <br />Lakes Town Center Design & Development Guide as amended by Ordinance No. 06-16. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by The City Council of The City of Lino Lakes hereby <br />approves the PUD Development Stage Plan/Preliminary Plat for Woods Edge subject to the <br />following conditions: <br />1. The applicant shall address all comments in the WSB Plan Review Letter dated June 2, <br />2016. <br />2. The applicant shall address all comments in the May 25, 2016 Environment Board Staff <br />Report addressed. <br />3. Rice Creek Watershed District (RCWD) must approve the wetland delineation and the <br />applicant must comply with all conditions. <br />4. The plans shall provide a minimum private street width of 26 feet back to back. <br />5. Trail corridors shall be a minimum of 20 feet wide. The trail easement in Outlot C should <br />be revised. <br />6. Driveways shall be a minimum of 22 feet long. <br />7.
