The following are <br />our review comments that should be responded to in writing by the applicant. <br /> <br />Reference the City’s 2016 General Specifications and Standard Detail Plates for Street and <br />Utility Construction with the Final Plat and plan submittal. Include applicable City Standard <br />Detail Plates. <br /> <br />GRADING, EROSION AND SEDIMENT CONTROL <br /> <br />1. A Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan has been submitted and is being reviewed. We <br />do not anticipate significant changes to the plans or plat from this review. <br /> <br />2. Silt fence and/or sediment control logs need to be shown at all wetland locations where <br />construction is proposed and/or nearby and show silt fencing between proposed pond and <br />existing drainage channel where storm sewer is shown. <br /> <br />3. Identify seeding and restoration of disturbed areas, ponds, and boulevards. <br /> <br />4. The applicant shall review the southwest corner of the north parking lot which may have <br />standing water as proposed. <br /> <br />5. The project will require a NPDES/SDS General Stormwater Permit for Construction <br />Activity from the MPCA, which should be filed with the City. <br /> <br />6. The high water elevations on the stormwater ponds A and B do not reflect the most recent <br />HydroCAD results (901.90 and 901.48, respectively). <br /> <br />
