<br /> <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 16-74 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A SUMMARY OF <br />ORDINANCE NO. 06-16 FOR PUBLICATION <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the first and second reading of Ordinance No. 06- <br />16, amending Ordinance No. 04-04 which established the Planned Unit Development for the <br />Legacy at Woods Edge and the Lino Lakes Town Center Design and Development Guideline for <br />the project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 06-16 is lengthy and MN Statute 412.191 provides for a city to <br />publish a summary of an ordinance, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council determines that the summary clearly informs the public of the <br />intent and effect of the ordinance, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the publication in the official newspaper will include a notice that a full printed <br />copy of the ordinance is available at City Hall. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of The City of Lino Lakes that <br />the summary of Ordinance 06-16, attached hereto as Exhibit A, is hereby approved for <br />publication according to state law and the City Charter. <br /> <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 25th day of July, 2016. <br /> <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />_______________and was duly seconded by Council Member ________________ and upon <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />The following voted against same: <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />_______________________________ <br />Jeff Reinert, Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />________________________ <br />Julianne Bartell, City Clerk
