1st Reading: Publication: <br />2nd Reading: Effective: <br /> <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />ORDINANCE NO. 01-16 <br /> <br />AMENDING TITLE 500, CHAPTER 505 OF THE LINO LAKES CODE OF <br />ORDINANCES RELATING TO OPEN BURNING. <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota, does ordain: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That Section 505.02, of the Lino Lakes Code of Ordinances be <br />amended as follows: <br /> <br /> 505.02 DEFINITIONS. <br /> FIRE CHIEF. The Fire Chief, Fire Marshal and Assistant Fire Marshals Public <br />Safety Director <br />FIRE MARSHAL and ASSISTANT FIRE MARSHALS. The Public Safety <br />Director or his/her designee, who is acting in good faith to enforce the Minnesota State <br />Fire Code and local ordinances. <br /> Section 2. That Section 505.05, Subdivision 3(a), of the Lino Lakes Code of <br />Ordinances be amended as follows: <br /> 505.05 OPEN BURNING PERMITS. <br /> (3) Permit application for open burning and permit fees. <br /> <br />(a) Open burning permits shall be obtained by making application on a form <br />adopted by the Centennial Fire District Public Safety Department. The permit application <br />shall be presented to the Fire Chief, Fire Marshal or an Assistant Fire Marshal.
