<br /> <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 16-38 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AMMENDMENTS TO THE <br />DESIGNATED MUNICIPAL STATE AID STREET SYSTEM <br /> <br />WHEREAS, as a requirement to qualify for state aid funding for streets, it is necessary that the <br />City Council designate certain streets within the City of Lino Lakes to comprise a Municipal <br />State Aid Street system (MSAS); and <br /> <br />AND WHEREAS, Council has reviewed the recommendations of the City Engineer and has <br />approved the modifications to the City of Lino Lakes MSAS; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes: <br /> <br />1. The following are Municipal State Aid System revocations: <br />a. Part of MSAS 102 62nd Street- W. Shadow Lake Drive to Holly Drive (0.07 <br />existing & 0.69 non-existing for a total of 0.76 miles) <br />b. Part of MSAS 114 Otter Lake Road- Main Street (CSAH 14) to 80th Street (0.08 <br />existing & 2.28 non-existing for a total of 2.36 miles) <br /> <br />2. The following are Municipal State Aid System designations: <br />a. Extension of MSAS 105 Ware Road- Birch Street (CSAH 34) to Hodgson Road <br />(CSAH 49) (0.28 existing miles) <br />b. Extension of MSAS 114 Ottertail Lake Road- Main Street (CSAH 14) to <br />Heritage Parkway N. (0.08 existing & 0.97 non-existing for a total of 1.05 miles) <br />c. MSAS 139 Deerwood Lane- Fox Road to Birch Street (CSAH 34) (0.35 existing <br />miles) <br />d. MSAS 140 Fox Road- W. Shadow Lake Drive to Deerwood Lane (0.38 existing <br />miles) <br />e. MSAS 141 Sherwood Lane- 4th Avenue N. to Lois Lane (0.09 existing miles) <br />f.
